5 Days for the Homeless

5 Days is a national campaign run by the Canadian Association of Business Students that strives to raise awareness and donations for members of society that are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. ‍ All is done with the goal of sensitizing and educating the public on one of the major problems in this country. Donations raised are given to local shelters and programs to support their services within the community.

In previous years, 5-6 university students from various faculties would sleep outside for 5 nights in March on the U of M campus; however, this year will be different and instead feature a variety of fundraising events throughout an entire week.

Events will include the Trivia Night, Candy Gram, 5 Acts and more which will take place during the winter term.

As one of the most visible campaigns on campus, 5 Days for the Homeless has the power to connect communities and better lives.
